1990-1994
- The Sacred Threads exhibition was held in 1990 at the Curial Office of the Archdiocese of Glasgow, as part of Glasgow’s year as European City of Culture.
- The Dominican stole for Fr Ewan Marley.
- Abbot Alfred of Pluscarden Abbey commissioned the Four Seasons mural.
- Netta began to design the Scottish Saints vestments – St Enoch, St Margaret of Scotland, St Serf, St Ninian and St Columba - to accompany the St Mungo set designed for Archbishop Winning.
- In 1991, Archbishop Winning with Canon PJ Brady, Fr S Bennett and Fr Robert Hill celebrated the first Mass of dedication and thanksgiving for liturgical artists and musicians. The St Mungo Singers under their conductor, Fr Gerry Fitzpatrick, led the music.
- In the same month the St Mungo mitre was presented to Archbishop Winning. Embroidered by Jenny Abernethy, it was referred to as the Abernethy Bunnet!
- In 1992, Lord Goold commissioned two pulpit falls for Orchardhill Church of Scotland in Giffnock, and he became a Patron of the Guild.
- Also in 1992, the Guild adopted the name Sacred Threads.
- In 1993 the quilted Gold Mural for the Lady Chapel of St Flannan’s, Kirkintilloch, was commissioned by Fr John Conway.
- In 1994 the Guild moved its headquarters to St Leo the Great, Dumbreck.
